Building the Morgan Horse Pavilion
at the Kentucky Horse Park

We are constructing a lasting tribute to the horse that built America. And there is no more appropriate place for the Morgan Horse to be than the Kentucky Horse Park.

Covering over 1,200 acres of Kentucky’s famous bluegrass, the Kentucky Horse Park attracts more than 1.5 million visitors each year. It is the world’s leading destination for horse lovers, equestrian life, sports, business, and equine education.

The Morgan Horse Pavilion is a state-of-the-art, three-story, 22,000-square-foot pavilion entirely dedicated to America’s first breed. Designed to educate, inform, entertain, and respect, the Morgan Horse Pavilion occupies a prominent entry location in the park, ensuring great attention and broad appeal.

You can capture – and create – this moment in time. Help us honor the Morgan’s history, and complete the legacy.

The mission of the Morgan Horse Pavilion is to educate horse lovers, schoolchildren, and the general public about the Morgan Horse; and to tell of how its rich, noble history intertwines with that of America.

Visitors to the pavilion will trace the Morgan’s history alongside that of our nation, will touch and see artifacts that draw from our nation’s past, and learn how the Morgan helped build our nation’s future.

In addition, the pavilion will rightfully allow the Morgan Horse to take its place at the forefront of the equestrian world, promoting awareness of the Morgan Horse, its impact on the equestrian community, and its legacy for America.

To learn about the Morgan Horse is to learn about America
